Payment TermsWe accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. We do not accept prepaid or gift cards. All International orders must be paid through Paypal. International customers must pay any custom charges, VAT, taxes, or other costs, in addition to the shipping charge. We do not accept wire transfers.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We try to avoid price changes, but reserve the right to adjust prices if our costs increase. Additionally, in the event a mistake was made in our price list or catalog, we reserve the right to bill at the prevailing prices in place at the time of shipment.

Return PolicyMerchandise returned for any reason other than warranty claims must be in like new condition (unopened in original packaging) and returned within 14 days of purchase and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. All returns are subject to inspection for determination of full or partial credit. Any returned part that shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. All electrical parts are not returnable. All warranties come from the manufacturer or the distributor, we will pass on all warranties where possible on behalf of the customer, but ultimately, responsibility for disposition of the warranty claim lies with the manufacturer and cannot be replaced or refunded until the manufacturer or distributor deems the product defective. Manufacturer warranty does not cover any shipping costs to us or return shipping costs. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure the part sent fits the application. Please verify the correctness of every part before ordering, opening or making any installation attempt. If we made a mistake and sent the wrong part we will gladly return/exchange it as long as it is still in the original package and unused. Special ordered parts cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not reimburse for any labor or paint fees or down time associated with the products we sell, whether due to warranty, purchasing or shipping errors.
Returns must be authorized and must contain the following information:
Part number(s) to be returned
Copy of original invoice/receipt
Reason for return

Remember to keep copies of all tracking information should there be issues with return shipping.
Should a shipment arrive in damaged cartons, sign only for the packages received and be sure to indicate that they arrived damaged. Keep the cartons and packaging** do not throw any of it away. Notify us immediately if necessary.
